Does Any Body Know Where Cripple Lake Is North Of Fort St James ? Whats The Moose Hunting Like Thinking Of Going . Any Help. Thanks

Went by there yesterday. Easy access, 50 km from FSJ on a good wide gravel road.

Highways is using the rec site to load water for their roadworks on the North road right now. Don't know when it will be open again. Maybe check with Highways if you were looking to stay there.

They're doing a lot of hauling around there right now, but that means lots of logging last winter, so maybe lots of good feed? Lots of roads/cutblocks to explore, that's for sure.

I've never hunted that area, but I know there are moose around there.
