Goat Tag for Tuchodi River Elk Hunt?

Going up next Saturday with RJA for 8 days. Targeting primarily elk. We will be base camping on the river, but spiking it up for a couple of nights. First time in the area, any recommendations on whether it would be worth it packing a goat tag along? Any other tips you want to pass along?

You will always be able to find a few old goats hanging around Dead Dog Flats. Not much hair on them mind you.

Ah yes the northen rockies,the place where dreams come true,My advise would be to get every GOS tag because this could be a hunt of a lifetime and you never know what oppertunity my fall within range, And yes mt.goats have even been taken right from the Muskwa and Tuchodi banks,let alone a hike.
