Nice to see the youth involved in hunting. Even more so if they are girls. Good on you dad. Hope Ashley gets a deer.

I have a 14 yr old girl coming to hunt with me in Sept. Hope to get her on that big buck on the scouting vid I posted here the other day.

Looks good !

She's very disciplined and still- holds the rifle very steady. She looks comfortable with the rifle in the shooting position.

Hopefully she'll do the same when she sees her first buck.

Looks like good fun at the range. I was just at the same range the last 2 days with my son. He was shooting our CZ 17HMR. In the pic is his 5 shot groups at a 1" sticker, the brass are a 38 and the rest are 17HMR all shot at 50 yards. He also took some shots at 100 yards and I tried to get some vids but can't zoom in with my still cam. Good luck to you and your daughter on her deer hunt.

Shooting 95grn Nosler BT over a reduced load of H4895(23grn) Ballistic chart I have puts it right at what a 30-30 with 170grn RN would shoot.

Nice vid, like others said she holds steady, impressive.

I had my wife shooting the 30 06 with remmington reduced recoil loads and she had no problems but the level of interest is not what I'd hoped it would be. Can't wait till my boys are old enough.
