there is one in oyama called oyama meats,the woman that owns has been around the meat cutting industry all her life as her dad has been our families butcher here in kelowna since the late 70's and her uncle was a butcher as well, she has all of both her dads and uncles recipies for peperroni ,sasuage etc and they are absolutly 2nd to none here in the okanagan valley and its not all that far away from vernon (15 minutes down the hwy)
