Do us all a favor, don't leave it on the ground, pin it up on the wall so it doesn't get ruined. I have heard that leaving it on the ground is a surefire method for a short lived rug. That is a beautiful bear it would be a shame to have it fall apart prematurely.

Congrats on a great bear! But I must Dito to what dirty said. I can see from the photos you've got small children. It never fails that accidents will happen with small children around. Be it spilled juice, a sick kid puking or a shitty diaper that didn't get changed fast enough. Sure way to ruin a great bear hide. Tack it up on the wall and you will find it will look like the day you brought it home from the Taxidermist for years and years to come. A little dusting will be all that will be needed.

i just had it on the floor for pictures i am moving in september so i will put it on the wall in my new place, definatly do not want that ruined, very good memories from the hunt we got that bear on, me, my dad, brother, and uncle had a great trip on that hunt
