Too bad thats NOT how you handle them :neutral:

Typo for sure, all those guys dont weigh 800lbs combined, let alone lifting that much :lol:

Approx 150lbs. Caught one around 6 feet last year and it was around 80lbs.

agreed thats a nice one but definitely not even close to 880lbs.
mine was 9.5 feet and we guessed it to be close to 500lbs.

Looks like a few were sold a bill of goods....... it is a nice average fish, good scrapper, but that is about it!

I don't know Sturgeon at all an even I can tell that is not anywhere near 880 lbs! Dad and granpa aren't doing much (dad is holding boat rope in one hand!) so the three kids are doing all the work and those skinny lads could never support 880 lbs in the air like that, heck looks like the guy in the middle is doing all the work. Not knowing sturgeon my guess would have been 200-300 lbs range. Gotta love fish stories! Curious how they determined it was 880 anyways...

Ya nice fish but its only a 6ft at best. Maybe pushing 130 to 150 lbs.....

Looks pretty skinny for this time of year as well....
