A friend of mine sent me this link in an e-mail this morning.
ftp://ftp.rdek.bc.ca/Maps/rdek_web%20key.pdf

It's slow to load, but it's pretty good info. Has anyone got similar links to other parts of our fine province??

This is a set of links to an old BC Forest Service Recreation Map of the Fort St James Forest District. They used to give them away for free, but there're not too many around anymore.

It's about 10 years old, so I won't vouch for it's complete accuracy, but it's got most of the major roads, and a lot of the minor ones. It's also got the MUs on it. Or at least the MUs as they were 10 years ago.

You've got to open the jpegs, download them, print them off, paste 'em together and you've got the map.

Here's one i use! Download the ActiveX control when asked.
Zoom in to any part of the entire province and as you get closer check the boxes to show more!
The ortho photos will show you satellite pics of the area! The 1:20 box gives you more details as you get in that close!
You can zoom into the specific area you want then add the features you want then hit print!
