Hard to tell, the view isn't straight on , however the bases look better than the last one. Can't tell lenght cause they blend in to the rocks. could be a decent goat. Get a better video camera, anti shake would help your nervous hands

Looks to me like he has nice bases, and looks like an early season goat. (short hair).
