Well it's opening day on the Northern slopes tomorrow...... and I can't help to think of the many sheep hunters out there that looked at some good Rams today and have their hopes set high on them finding them come shooting light ....... there's going to be a few with a SHEEPLISH night tonight ...and if it don't come together right away over the next few days the many miles of hard trekking finally catch up with you and ya sleep like a rock !

Can't wait to hear some stories and see some pic's .......
who's going to be first to post a cranker this year ??

Wish I could be there ..
CT

Good luck all

I know 1 HBC'er who already bagged a nice dahl ram, like 12 days ago! He's taking his time to post up though!

I was thinking much the same! I wish I was up there. It actually seems weird not going in the mountains. Seems all my potential mountain hunts for this year are falling off the books.

Ahh, now I know who it is! :-P

Terry, you tell him he owes his HBC buddies some horn porn - we've been suffering through this heat wave, bitching about taxes and gays...we need HUNTING stories and pics to mellow us out, NOW!

My buddy and I chose to not go up opening day because of this heat wave. I predict the Rams will be acting a bit strange and will be hard to spot in this weather. I bet lots of sheep hunters come up empty.
