Easy build treestand?

Wanting to put up a few treestands on a private parcel (I have permission) and was wondering if anyone had any quick and easy plans for single-tree wood-built stands? Saves me having to figure one out if someone's got it thought out already.

I have been in, on, and around many different tree stands, and I have 3 of them, all little portable ones, cost about 100 bucks, you get a SAFETY HARNESS with it, always a good idea. I have never hunted private land however, if I did a permanent stand may be the way to go so all you gotta do is sneak in and get up there and hunt and not worry about some a$$hole in your stand. With the small portables I leave my steps in or on the tree and carry my stand in and hang it every weekend and take it home everytime I go home, if you dont someone will steal it for sure.
