How about anyone who wants to legally hunt a Grizzly bear? Or an Island Rosie without the help of a G/O? I definitely don't NEED an LEH to fill my freezer or get out hunting but it would definitely be welcomed!

Anyone who wants a Dall Sheep or a Roosevelt elk.Everything else can be hunted in GOS.I plan all my hunts for GOS and put in for LEH. If I draw I change my plans.
