Time of year depends on what shape of cape you want on the animal, come the middle of October they are pretty haired out and have a nice thick coat. Into November that country gets pretty nasty weather, not uncommon to be grounded at camp all weekend waiting for the clouds to lift.

As for where to go, you should have done your homework before you got drawn....not many goats killed in that MU the last few years.
