What draw did you get?

I got a Doe in MU 3-31 for November 1-30!

second season hunting for me this season and First full season for my Dad.

I put in 6 different draws as did my dad and we both got 1 that we really wanted.

He got a Bull Moose in MU 8-05, and we have been hunting that area and know were they are hiding :)

How about everyone else?

My luck is good drawing any Bison for the 1st time !
I have entered every year since the Bison hunt began so I am stoked!!
Also got Bull Moose on a shared hunt for Reg. 5

Some day my, Sheep, Rosie Elk, Grizz will happen, hope again to some day get another wack at a billy too.

Nice to get something, to bad the province can't come up with some way to spread the wealth for those that have never drawn any thing. Not to complain, but I do think there are better systems of Draws..

Well, I got lucky again - so now I have to decide about a planned bird hunting trip to Alberta. The drought there may keep me in BC.

1) Whitetail in 8-01 (Wine country - I hope to fill my tag early in the day so I can sample the local vintages in the afternoon.)

2) Bull Moose 3-31 A - November - Shared hunt with a new hunting partner - I'm going to buy a pair of Schnee boots for this one.

Thanks Dave, I'm not too disappointed about the draw, it's all in good fun. There are plenty of great opportunities in the synopsis to hunt without an LEH and I've won more than my share in the past.

Spike fork hunting is tough but very doable within a few hour drive from the lower mainland. Best of luck to you.

you guys shouldn't have to many problems getting a moose up there as i saw no less then 6 last season over 2 weekends.its also any buck you see at the same time so you guys shouldn't have any problems comming home with meat for the freezer

Our two groups each got draws for moose,thats a lot of rubber nose in the fryin pan and I got a draw for a doe 5-2 late season I have never taken a doe but with the region 5 deer carnival this year I might just let an arrow go or pull the trigger

go anywhere up around grizzly swamps... so many whitetails that you probably wont even make it to the lake..

You don't have to only look for Spikes... Make sure that we are with you and then you can look for any bull :)

I got goat in 6-09, cow/calf elk 4-22 and caribou in the spatzisi. the only thing is trying to get someone to go with me on the spatzisi hunt seeing as theres no open season so unless i find someone else who pulled caribou there it might be a lonely hunt
