Which way to Hihium Lake?

(It's NE of Cache Creek if you're wondering.)

I can get there via Loon Lake Road but I was wondering what Deadman-Vidette Road was like. Is it drivable with a truck/camper? The Backroad map shows Hwy 1 to Deadman to Scottie to Old Hihium.

you can make it with Truck /camper no problem the road is not bad from deadman-vidette road.

Drove that rd for the 1st time 2 years ago,amazing country..... Road was in great shape,have fun.

Good news. I discovered that, according to some Buddhist Monks, Vidette Lake (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vidette_Lake) is the Centre of the Universe. Maybe it's worth a look.
