Nothing between dease and smithers found that out last year coasted into smithers on fumes.

Kitwanga has fuel but I don't think its 24 hr. Meziadin restaraunt is burnt flat and fuel sales are closed. Next fuel is bell II...againn probably not 24 hour but it is open 7 days a week. Up next is Tatogga Lake Resort open 7 days a week but not 24 hours. Then comes Dease Lake....same as the rest. You can expect power outages that affect the pumps so my advise....don't drive past an open gas station....fill up as often as you can. I drive this route at least once a month.

Join the day you would be fine once you leave smithers top up at every open station and you should get to dease without trouble. Personaly I always pack 20L in a can when traveling in remote parts of BC,

Bell II was 24 hrs a few years ago but not as of last year.

Always peace of mind to pack some fuel....also helps to avoid the crap fuel at some of those smaller stations. Got some crap diesel last year..full of water in Swift River (IIRC?)...FOR $1.76/L!!!.
Wished I had packed fuel........

the original question of the thread is dumb!
only a city guy can ask such question, any real northener knows there is no service for long stretches and only from 8am to 5pm; if he/she is lucky.

Don't know what type of vehicle you're driving, but if it is a pickup with lots of storage, pack fuel, Dease lake usually has the highest prices anywhere. Last time I travelled north, even every fuel station all the way to Inuvik had lower prices than Dease. Personally, even if carrying enough fuel to travel all the way through, (which I do,) cost me the same as paying their prices, I wouldn't allow them to hold fuel ransom, betting most people will have to pay any price to make it through.
