I take these on all my hikes. Quaker chewy bars $ 8.99 for box of 40 and the yogurt bars box of 30 for $ 6.99. are on sale at Thrifty Foods. This is the cheapest I have seen them. These have a good calories to weight ratio. About 110 calories for each ounce of weight.
