and exploring of some new areas on the Nroth island produced a few RF, a 17 and 25 lbs ling, a couple small coho and a nice 22 lbs spring that hit hard, took ~100 y of line twice and fought until the bitter end.

It was a nice day on the water, caught a few fish and saw some new country, much better than a day at work....

looks like fun. I hear they are slaying them here around Kitty Coleman/Bates Beach/The Hump right now also. Lotsa big Springs being pulled in.

Beauty fish Sitkaspruce:D. I haven't targeted salmon yet. That nice spring sure gets me going. Maybe this Saturday in Tofino. Great pics.

Nice fish
I have done lots of fresh water fishing but have yet to try real salt water fishing.
