Hunting Regs question

I know I know "look it up"... but can anyone give me a quick interpretation of the regs?

If spring Bear season i sopen until June 15th does this mean 12:00am on June 15th or up to and including 11:59pm June 15th?

Basically can I shoot a bear tomorrow (the 15th) evening?
