Thanks SSS for that, thats good advice for the novice Goat hunter. I have 3 and the 1st one was a nanny. My good friend said, now you have to better it. The 2nd on was 4yr old and nice, but the last one was Great for the east kootenays. goats need to be studied a good long time to be sure. it takes a good eye and patience, but can pay off BigTime as it did for me. Happy hunting and good luck to all those Goat hunters...Dan

Have not seen this ID test before. I found this test a little easier than the test found at this link http://www.bowsite.com/BOWSITE/features/articles/goats/goatsize/

Must be a problem with my computer I always get 60 out of 70. :?

All this is good practice for the off season!

Great information Brent, Bill, thanks for posting.

Not sure when they added this link to our BC Hunting Synopsis website. Was just checking to see if the new regs were out and stumbled across it.
Actually, by looking at the link that I posted it's not obvious that it's part of the BC Hunting Synopsis website.

A good piece for those who need to learn how to distinguish between male / females.
