People have eaten pigeons for hundreds of years, nothing to do with the weather.

I believe that was a snapping turtle,hooked beak and a tail,they eat anything.Besides tortises don`t spend a lot of time in the water.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't they save the nation of Britain during the last great war?
When I was over there some years ago, I was amazed by the numbers of them and the mess that they made. "get rid of them" was my opinion.
"ooohhh nnnooo", said they, "what will we eat come the next war?"
