Skagit valley alpine

planning on hunting the alpine areas around Skagit for blacktails or Muleies. Anyone have any luck in those hills. I've seen lots of smaller deer on the main road to ross lake hope to see some early season monsters up in the hills

I shot a 4pointer in the middle of the road in 07. No need to hike up a mountain into the alpine when you can just shoot em in the middle of the road.:D
