Guess i owe you a gun. LOL

I had never been in there before. I parked my truck on the FSR east of paradise lake and hit the powerline from there. Crossed pennask lake FSR and went up and over where the pic was taken and down into the vally where i took a left. I suspect i was i DLR land by then so i didnt go to far on that road. I got to where i could see a chain of lakes in the valley bottom. THere i turned around and came back up over the powerline where the pic was taken turned on to pennask lk FSR untill i came to a road that turned off to the south that had a sighn that said paradise lk. Took that untill i came to a gated rundown bridge. Went accross that and eventually ended up around boot lake area. From there its a cinch to get back over to Island paradise area. 120 km on my quad and alot of dust and mud.

They are raping the boot lake area of logs. Clearcuts as far as you can see. Give it a couple years and might be some good hunting in there.

I chatted with a gut at Island lake and apperantly someone had pulled out a 10lb trout earlier in the day.

The ice had just come of paradise fri/sat and the fishing is not so good or so the campers said anyway. :-(

This guess the spot is a good idea. Ill start a open thread for eveyone to post pics for people to guess on where they were taken.

The original poster of this thread did it two years ago, that might be why you see a difference in the weather, of course we have global warming so you should see less snow now shoudln't you ?
