whitetail mulie

I was out mule deer hunting last week with my buddy. We were walking into this feild in the morning when i saw a few whitetail does bugger off. there arent alot of whitetail around these parts but i had bought a tag this year. sure enough we went a little further and there was a nice whitetail buck. i knew without a doubt that he was going in my freezer. i shot him at 250 yards, he ran maybe 30 yards and piled up. when me and my buddy got up to him we were hooting and hollaring and high fiving like crazy. you could probably here us from a mile away. he was a very thick and wide 4 by 4 and around here any whitetail is nice. this one exeptionally. we were walking back to the truck to get some knives and a camera when not 3o feet from us a huge 4 point mulie stood up. 20 minutes after shooting my whitetail i had also a very nice mule deer and now tagged out for the year. i deffinetly wont ever forget that hunt. i will have two mounts on my wall side by side both shot on the same day. its a shame i cant get the photos on here

But you just broke the Cardinal sin, Not Posting Pictures with your story.

If you shot 2 deer big enough to mount in the same field and NOT post any pictures of them is classified as cruel and unusual punishment.:wink:

That and cruelty to animals:grin:
