Took my son out bear hunting a few times since april 25th,We covered some great spots from squamish to Lillooet. we spotted 13 bears this spring, 4 of them had nice brown coats. Past up a few smaller one's and on the morning of the 13th we screwed up the stalk on a monster black we spotted on a snow slide high up north of Pemberton. Looking through the spotting scope this big bruin had a head like a large pumpkin,I figured he'd go 450 to 500lbs. Anyway that afternoon we were hunt'n a lower area and came across this nice brown boar,not huge but a great pepperoni and sausage bear.http://i574.photobucket.com/albums/ss186/frederick280/bearhuntspring09022.jpg

Very nice brown colored black bear you got there ,it is nice to see that you take the young fella out on trips with you ,congrats to you.

Very nice bear. Looks like he's got a bit of size to him too which is good compliment with the color. Most color phases get whacked too soon to get big. Congrats
