Drive around Downtown Abby long enough and you'll find someone with a "trick" tongue.

The Agricultural Testing Centre off Highway 1 between Sumas and Whatcom, the red barn looking building. It is on Angus Campbell Road. There is a sticky somewhere in the forums. I think it is $30 and they will test. Try looking them up and phoning ahead for confirmation. If I get a bear, I will test it for peace of mind.

Perfect, thanks guys, that's what I was looking for.

I was eating the last of some tasty bear steaks from last year and would have loved to take them off the bbq a couple minutes earlier before they got so dry. This springs bear will get tested. I also need to invest in a better meat thermometer. Cheers!
