Correction - 2009/05/04
http://rhabc.org/images/1pixel_grey.gifIt has come to the attention of the Resident Hunters Association that there are two errors in our letter posted April 14, 2009, on the Kelowna Capital News website, under the heading “Wildlife Fed. dues used to support nonresident hunt.” We wish to set the record straight as follows:
First, we take the B.C. Wildlife Association at its word that it did not hire a lawyer to intervene in our case before the B. C. Human Rights Tribunal re: Limited Entry Hunting. Second, we acknowledge that in its Application for Intervenor Status, the BCWF did not state that it opposed our complaint; in fact, the BCWF stated that it had “no prejudice in regards to the validity of the complaint.”
The Resident Hunters Association regrets and sincerely apologizes to all for these errors.
