I have seen a ton of pics with jet black bears there must be a pile more of color phase bears lets get them pics up get everyone stoked for a one off bear on the wallhttp://www.hunt101.com/data/506/medium/IMG_1901.JPGI'm not sure the pic is here but her goes nothing ,I got this chocolate up at my cabin outside of manning park last fall just a hair under 6 ft ,good bear for the area

The guy was taken last spring. It's a good thing the hide was in good shape because the meat was foul. My dog wouldn't even eat the meat!

I know what you mean, I have taken a few big hogs over the years and well the big boys,they arent fit to eat. you know that you would not see a hog farmer kill and eat an old boar,not even a grain fed one!

I've seen 6 bears this yr so far and only one has been a black phase.
Caught this guy trying to have a snooze the other day.

this 7ft 2 in chocolate i got a few years back and his skull measured 21 and 2/8 in ,although the picture is of a picture it is a little grainy, sorry about that

Just a little gaffer I shot last year turkey hunting. Suffered from a bit of "ground shrinkage" but he now lays on my den floor
