grizzly draw 3-44

I have a leh draw for grizzly, im looking at going up the north thompson watershed and was wondering when the best time to go is or what other area's are good around that area that are accessible.

a friend of mine took a grizz out of that area about two years ago. he went may long weekend and the snow pack was still fairly deep. he ended up shooting a nice blonde boar around 7 foot. he shot the bear accross a what he thought was a small creek, but on approach to the bear the creek was more like a 15 foot wide river, only blessing was his shots caused a small avalanch and the compact snow created a crossing point and they were able to get to the bear skin him out and cross back over the snow made bridge before it colapsed. needless to say they had an exciting hunt and a beautiful trophy to boot!
