i have been living in Alberta for the last 4 years but I am moving back to BC before the fall and I would like to know what the rules are for residency requirements. I have my BC hunter number already.

You must prove (by documentation) your permanent residency in BC for at least 7 months of the 12 month period previous to application for a resident hunting license unless you are in the military and then the residency requirement is only 30 days.
