4-38?? how are the conditions???

anyone been hunting in 4-38? hows the snow... any roads open? im headed there in a week any help would be great.

The weather was cold last weekend, and snow fell at Mica creek. It's still -4 at night.

I wouldn't go up for a few more weeks unless you want to just hunt along the lake.

Backroads will still be really snow covered.:x

The bears were out a couple weeks ago - take your snow shoes. Best month in that unit is April. Nobody's around, and it's usually just you and the boars.
