Saw nothing on the trip up through Manning, couple of does and a dead grouse on the highway.
Lots more mulies getting closer to Princeton.
Spent the weekend in Coalmont and wierd weather, sunny one minute and snowing the next. Kept that up all day Saturday.
Took the quad up Fitzgerald and Blakeburn and saw lots of does. They look like they came through the winter just fine.
Dam grouse started drumming at 5 in the morning and kept us awake.
Saw 2 pairs of beautiful harlequins on the river.

Lots of Canada geese flying up and down the Tulameen.
No sign of bear at all even though the snow was mostly gone as high as we cared to travel.
Saw some old moose sign and tracks.
Didn't see 1 rabbit except for a squashed 1 going back home through
Manning and it was still as white as snow, well actually kinda white and red!

The main thing about this hunting trip is that you got out in the bush and saw mother nature at her best and to me when I am in the bush thats all that counts just being out there http://www.huntingbc.ca/forum/images/icons/icon6.gif.
