I heard it is in 100 Mile House or there abouts but would like the details...

It is in 100 Mile house, just of Exeter Road on the north end of town (past the mills). Don't quote me on the dates, but I think it's the July 4th long weekend (American long weekend). I'm pretty sure the dates are posted on the sticky thread for 3D shoots though.
