Alison Lake has opened apparently so Courtney should not be far away.

Both Corbett and Courtenay had total ice cover on Monday. I'm driving back to Vernon tomorrow - will report again tomorrow night.

Drove by there on Sunday...looked like the ice was still quite thick as no water at the edges. Also supposed to get to below freezing this week again!

I drove past both lakes again today. Completely covered in ice. Temperatures are still pretty cold up here.

Drove by yesterday on my way back from the gunshow and Courtney had aopen area in the middle where it is super shallow and on the north end. Corbett was more solid looking. Getting there slowly. The night times temps are dropping below zero and refreezing. Taking a while to get going.
