Bear expedition this weekend

Went for my first poke of the year for bears on Saturday. turned into more of a scouting trip than anything. Went for a few walks and found one wolf killed deer. Found a few spots with no snow as well as a saw a few deer and moose. What we found most of was this...

Oh well it was just a great feeling to be out and about. Not too long and we'll be seeing them!

That it is. I figure it'll be mostly open by this weekend.

We made it almost all the way through on the TFL road side, maybe 2 or 3 kms from the Tako.

Seen a Blackie on the highway home from work tonight, halfway to Bear Lake standing in the snow looking hungry.
