For many years, our club has had a deer counter on the main migration trail near Pemberton. A few years ago we added trail cameras, too.
Sometimes we get interesting pics of animals other than deer. Cougar, coyote, wolf aren't uncommon.
This year we have had quite a few deer, as well as a good supply of fawns. Also have some skinny wolf pics!

We've often pondered about how nice it woudl be if the deer used this trail in the fall. Good location for a tree stand! Alas...they only use it in spring, and take a more scattered approach tot heir wintering grounds in the fall.
