Went out for Bass today and landed 4 in 1 hour. 3 were good ones.

Here's the two we decided to eat.

Mine 3.8 lbs. Daughters 4.2 lbs.

Nice!!! So are those small mouth? Were do you catch them on the island here. Only ever fished them when I was a kid at St. Mary's Lake on Salt spring Island.

Yes Smallmouth.
Long lake, Spider lake, Holden & Quenelle are all good.
I hear horn lake is good too but I've never tried there.
Time is up for keeping them from April 15 - June 15.
It's Bear time then anyway.
