We have had snow here in Horsefly since the middle of october and I am sick of it! On friday went to the range had to walk in than had to shoot prone because the bench is still under 3 feet of snow. Yesterday had to drag the boat 7 km down the road with a sled to Quesnel Lake fished in the up to the north arm only to find that it is still iced up. Nice day on the lake though caught three char and had fun.

Maybe you should invite Suzuki for dinner and have him explain why you have what you have?? Even here in the LML it snowed on the first, and the Coq is still buried. I fear my spring bear season may only be 3 weeks?

At least you made good with what you have!!!

Suzuki woudn't like me and I am a little worried about a short bear season to. Unless of course this 3 feet of snow go's really quickly but not looking good right now.

This winter has been hard on the wildlife. I watched some elk a little while ago and they were eating pine needles. If it is true the resin will abort a calf there could be a low calf number this year.

Yesterday I was mowing the grass wearing only a thong and sandles:shock:.................................... .............................:p.

Well, not quite......... but highs near 20C and sunny this week should get things greened up in a hurry.
