Well got up bright and early and hit the water at about 7.Raining and calm when I started up the lake.20 minutes in I was battleing six foot chop rain and snow.With another 20 miles to go I said F it.It took me a hour to do what I did in 20 minutes on the way back.White knuckled and wet.Supposed to be nicer tommorow

tomorrow will be the same, same temp, same rain/snow. I think it's too early to get out for bears.

There is usually no effort with him. He was probably at home doing yard work becuase the wife did not let him go.

I will vouch for the fact that Bobbie is one tough SOB.....I was crying after the first 5 minutes this morning, begging him to turn the boat around!!! Snow on April 1st, who would have thought!

one never knows at the start of the day what the end of the day will bring..by getting out he had more chance than all of us that stayed home...say like tying flies and drinking coffee:lol:...he might have shot a booner...at least he tried..well done..
