the wife, youngest kidlet and I are heading out to my parents to pick up my other daughter, figured we would take a drive out to see a buddy of mine thats looking after this place for a few months http://www.kispioxriver.com/kispiox-river/default.asp and perhaps down a small swamp donkey in the process if he happens to jump out at me - we come around a corner and were face to face with a large 4 point - nice tall beams - two bucks in the freezer and I am getting the twitches - I grab my camera instead of the rifle - get some distant shots as he just walks away - had a good minute to get the rifle out and I let him walk - one day my friend one day....
PS told the wife for that I get to purchase a longer lens for the D70s - she didnt say no... sorry the pics arent the greatest.
