yup he's the guy you want to talk to. my older brother picked up an Elite GTO lastyear and it is a sweet bow. Of course im still shooting my hoyt for obvious reason.....it jsut feels right. anyways they are awsome bows a bit of an aggressive draw cycle but without it you wouldn't be getting the speeds that they are getting.

Why excuding V.I.? I have relatives near kamloops and in winfield, could check out bows during a visit etc. but none over on the island.

"Ordering one in" doesn't mean your a dealer, just means you can get one in, a dealer stocks them and get a better discount than just one at a time, from a dealer you will get a better price, I can get one too but I'm not a dealer and the cost would be higher.
" Big lew" also said " not on the Island" proable cause he's not coming here and would have to to pick it up, more money, or have it shipped, more money.

Thanks again to everybody for offering me ways to get an elite 500. Unfortunately, I have to put my plans on "hold" for a bit until I get the results from my cancer operation to-morrow, and to hear what further plans they have for me. If things go well, a new bow would be a great way to celebrate, you bet! ( I thought "Wayne" at Big Game Archery was a PSE shop, that's wonderful if he can order one in, I have dealt with him before, and can say he is a great guy, and a straight shooter, pardon the pun.

As has been "gently" pointed out by a previous poster - any reputable shop can order you what you want. It's up to you to pick a place to deal. It seems that you've found one - Good for you for supporting the independent small guys.
