Hey Guys,

I found a ram dead 3 years ago. He is a 4.5 year old bighorn and I got the ram registered and taken care of. The skull was in rough shape so I just kept the horns. He's only about 12.5" at the bases and 27" long but am looking at options on things to do with him.

Right now I think I've found someone to carve one of them, and I'm looking for some pics to give me ideas of if anyone has any sheep horns on display or if you have any sheep horn carvings in your houses. Any pics would be appreciated to give me some ideas on how to display these properly....

Thanks!

That is a very nice carving karlgotch. Most often you see guys butcher a nice horn but that is really nice.

An old buddy from school and hockey does carvings now but his Dad has been doing them for years. They do very good work. The sheep horns are unreal but hard to come by as most people will not give them up. Check out their work.
