How many draws are there? 5 I think. Check and see if you can get information from the Regional Bio or CO's. I think your chances of success are going to be pretty low. The Snowpack in the Thompson OK area is really high according to Jelvis. You are going to have to get way in the back country up there. Hopefully you have a snow machine to check some of the slides.

Hunt the upper Seymour the last 2 weeks of the season. Glass the meadows from both sides of the river. The grizz will be down in the meadows hunting for moose calves. Snow pack is normal this year. If we get a normal spring, you'll be able to get in there without access issues Mid May. If you have a beater sled or a quad with chains, you might be able to glass some of the slides earlier. Good slide year. Lots of snow has been letting loose the last few weeks here in the Region. Also check out the Ratchford and the powerline road from from the Seymour river to Seymour Arm and then all the way back to Scotch Creek. The stretch to Scotch Creek takes awhile to melt out up top, but normally is passable come by mid May. It ain't a pretty road, but she's produces the bears on the powerline.

Saw a huge grizz last spring going up the Perry.Tail end of bear season.Way up; east-facing.Only one I saw in 4 days of quadding. Was a stretch of road caving down and then and lots of rain after:so dont know if you can go through to Seymour or not now.Maybe it didnt all come down?

Some great slide areas at the top of the Perry near the Ratchford junction. Definately grizz country in there. The pass can be plugged with snow late into May, but if the spring melt is normal this year, one shouldn't find it too much of a problem come May Longweekend.
