That's right, tomorrow Brant season opens!

This year I'll get out for 6 of the 10 days, and to start things off right I decided on an Italian Muffaletta sandwich this year, should do me for the first 2 days!

I'll let you know how the gunning goes,

Ian

Damn! This morning I was looking for an interesting sandwich for tomorrow...wish I had seen that one. Of course finding/making the ingredients would have taken a bit longer.

Did you make the olive salad yourself? Which loaf did you use? I will be building one of those soon. Good luck hunting.

The Sandwich was fantastic! here's the recipe http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/muffulettas-recipe/index.html Just think of the twins!

Shooting today was pretty slow, is not firing a shell slow, or still?

One group near me did well and limited, the rest who went in when I did had a similar day to mine. Only saw one group that wanted the beach, not my rig and a single early that looked at everyone's rig but didn't pay anyone a visit!

Tomorrow isn't looking good, calling for winds 40-60, so I'll have to see before I do the hour drive...

Still 1/2 a sandwich to eat tomorrow!
