As in past years, how about a thread to share info with all those that have been drawn?

I drew 6-21B, I have good info, but more is always appreciated....

What are the snowpacks like in/near this area this year? I know that other area's of the province are having record low snow levels but what about Iskut/Dease?

thanks

http://a100.gov.bc.ca/pub/wldwhse_pub/leh_hunt_codes (http://a100.gov.bc.ca/pub/wldwhse_pub/leh_get_hunt_codes)

They temporarily removed the link but you can google it. I provided for you.

Hmmm, link isn't working....google BC limited entry draw results and the link should be found there.

i've been all through 6-21 from stewart to telegraph prospecting at one time or another. are you flying or taking a boat? there are a couple of sure things on the Iskut and the Unuk if you are willing to do take the time.

Never did hear much for your zone for spring hunts but its a dynamite fall hunt on the Iskut River and tribs.

You can also land a plane with no problem with wheels on the air strip located on the Iskut located at:

56 deg. 40' 49.98 131 deg 05' 07.52

I know of guys who land here and float the Iskut in the fall for big grizz travelling the gravel bars.

anyone ever boated the liard?

I haven't but now that I got a griz tag for up there am planning on an early spring scouting trip with my boat. have a couple of friends that drew last year but the water was reallly high when they were there with lots of junk floating around which kept plugging up their jet.

Well that was pretty good news, I managed to get a grizz draw for 4-37:D. I was wondering if many of you have much experience with hunting in that country. I have worked up close to there at the dam, but never boated down the lake in to 4-37 . Now we are starting to research the area and put little better plan together as far as where to camp ,boat launchs and hunting area's any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Chad
