Is this a good scope?? clearity?good for low light???

I have one and I really like it, it is easily as clear as my Bushnell 3200. The only issue I have with it is one of the disks with the MOA marks on it moves freely. Doesn't affect the point of impact and I don't often reset my scope so it hasn't affected me, so I haven't bothered to send it back for warrenty repairs.

Pure Junk.Bought scope in U.S.No warranty here(mistake #1)Dials worked opposite turn right go left,took forever to get dialed in.I took off and put on a Leupold 8)
