Is this still correct? I know sometimes club websites aren't updated all the time.

Usually most shoots begin at 0930. But you do need to be there early enough to register and get some warm up/practice in.

I plan on heading up if I can get away. I have the day off from work so I will see if I can get there. Is there anyone else going from Victoria or Sooke that want's to carpool?

So the shoot is actually tomorrow (Sunday 15th) contrary to what it states on the website.

I showed up today anyways bright and early and stuck around to help the crew set everything up. Having never been to a 3D shoot before I can tell it's definitely going to be a lot of fun.

Carl, I'm coming up solo from Sooke. If you've never shot at one of these and you want someone to shoot with I'll join you. I'll have my HBC hat on. See you there,
Steve.

I had a great time at the shoot today. Once again the people at the Qualicum shoot did an exelent job. Some of the shots were tough. In the sun shooting into the dark shade, moving targets, a couple of creative penalties and a steel rabit that surely claimed a few arrows. I was able to shoot with Ron C and Big Whities and we had fun. Carl says he has only been doing this for a few weeks??? This guy is going to do well.
Thanks to all the volunteers who set up a great course.

Yep, I had a great time today. Thanks Steve and Ron for helping out a new archer, you gave me lots of pointers that made a difference. My son loved it and talked about it right up until bed time.

My only regret is that I didn't pick up a bow a few years ago!

Yep, great course.

I love the shot with the Teepee's/bears where you had to shoot through the campfire smoke. Really cool.

It was good shooting with Steve,Carl and his son. The little guy sure had me laughing a few times;)
