Reg 3 Final weekend

Hard to believe Oct is almost over. But ... alias ... it's the final weekend for any buck in region 3 .... who's all heading out to fill that open tag.

I'm planning to go somewhere .... maybe a Sat evening / Sunday hunt. After this it's 4 pts. or region 5 to cut a tag.

I wanted to hunt Loon lake back in early Oct. but our luck in Sept precluded that idea. I'll be sticking close to home till the 15th of Dec. Don't anyone tell the animals they're already playing hard to get!!!!

I still want a black bear in the freezer. They're coming into town now grabbing fruit off the ground. Maybe if I just post off city limits..... nah, just kidding!

Came across a heard of whitetails the other day so might get a tag for those too and go back to that area.

Last weekend for immature moose also in Reg 3. Sep 20 - Oct 31, if I recall correctly. Got to check the regs.

Yes it is.......the elusive spike bull!!:mad: I have heard of a few being harvested, but far and few between in the areas of region 3 l hunt.

hopefully this weekend i will be cuttin my region 3 tag on a nice tasty young buck...and hopefully my dad and my uncle drop there other bull this weekend on the leh...
