Moose in 4-39 anyone [Archive]

Well I drew a moose (cow/calf/spike bull) LEH in region 4-39 which is up at Mica Dam. I have been up there twice now and have only seen two wolves.:( Unreal. It has to be the most disapointing LEH ever. The season runs from Oct16th to Nov 30th. This area is supposed to be the serengetti of moose ?? I am at a loss. Anyone ever hunt up that way or know anything I would really appreciate the help.

You may have to wait for the snows to push the critters down into that valley, if it is only a wintering ground, as I suspect.
