I am a Novice hunter, no one in my whole family has ever hunted anything before so to make the long story short, I am looking a Mentor who can Teach me and show me how to do things properly.

and Does anyone know if there are any good locations to go hunt Canada Goose in Surrey?

Do you have your Fraser Valley licence and map?

That shows the area you may hunt on in Surrey. It is agricultural land with owner's permission only.

I better go around asking for premission now, Can you give me some tips or tricks of the trade.

Not me, I don't know anything about goose hunting.

I've been told that scouting is critical. If they are in a field today, unless disturbed, they may go back to it tomorrow.

Set a bunch of decoys where you saw them and hide well. Watch some youtube videos and keep asking questions.
