Quite a few sheep hunters have already seen / read these documents. Even more havn't.

It is a great way for rookie and veteran sheep hunters alike to broaden their knowledge about the animal they are pursuing as well as a base for researching.

For Thinhorn sheep:

For Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep:

For California Bighorn Sheep:

Thanks rams...priceless to read of the stone ram chasing domestic sheep in the Pine Rvr valley/ Chetwynd area between '92 and '94, only to be caught and transplanted.
Looks like stone numbers have remained pretty much stable throughout the '61 to 2003 surveys, in the 12,000 area and the most recent, down to 10,000.

Saw the young ram myself! It was towards Chetwynd past Hassler area amongst the fields. I have seen several sheep on the hillside above the highway.

They were part of a transplant. Wondering sheep so to speak.
